Project Description:
Most noted for hosting the Taos Film Festival, the 285 seat Taos Community Auditorium lacked front of house facilities. After an extensive programming and master planning process a list of Phase I priorities were established which included: A ticket office, concessions area, toilets, film projection booth, sound and lighting control booth, and a multi-purpose lobby / visual arts gallery which serves as the queuing space into the theatre and special events space. The 3,700 SF project was designed to accommodate future additions.
