South Valley Economic Development Center

Albuquerque, New Mexico
A Master Plan for a 30,000 s.f. Business Incubator Center. Phase I included a 16,000 s.f. Building, commercial kitchen, offices, multi-purpose rooms (for exhibits and performances) and shared work spaces. The building includes a very energy efficient HVAC system, occupancy room sensors, daylighting throughout the facility, use of recycled materials, and equipped for rain water harvesting. The building is LEED equivalent.
