Major renovations and additions project for the 42,500 s.f. facility. As there were many incongruous additions added on since the original building was constructed in 1927, our work reconfigured the floor plan. The club's historic character was enhanced. The project included: renovated lobby, bar, lounge, dining rooms, card rooms, new pro shop, exercise room, offices, swimming pool and outdoor dining spaces.
