A major additions and remodel project for the Town of Taos. Project includes a 14,000 sf. new office addition and 11,000 sf. o fremodeled offices. New Areas include: entry/lobby, planning department, finance department, information technology area, clerk’s area. Remodeled offices include the Executive Department, Human Resources and Legal Department. New support areas provided were Break room, Training and Conference Rooms. The building is very energy efficient and incorporates sustainable design concepts. It is LEED equivalent.
